We’re two founders brought together by a love for the Scandinavian sauna ritual.

One of us grew up with it in Sweden and gained hands-on experience helping create community sauna wagons that brought people together.

The other discovered the ritual while travelling — and came home inspired to bring a true Swedish sauna experience to London.

Together, we’re creating a space for real heat, real cold and a moment to slow down and reset.
